Ian Male is the Executive Director of Plant Affordability Inc., bringing experience in urban planning, housing policy, community engagement, and strategic development. A graduate of McGill University with a double major in Urban Studies and Sociology, he is passionate about creating stronger communities through affordable housing, collaboration, and long-term social impact. Through Plant Affordability Inc., Ian helps advance innovative housing solutions that improve affordability while supporting Indigenous leadership and economic opportunity.

Joe Plant serves as Board Chair of Plant Affordability, bringing extensive experience in Indigenous-led housing, community development, and strategic partnerships. As Founder and CEO of Plant Housing and Development (PlantHD), Joe has dedicated his career to advancing innovative housing solutions and fostering collaboration between Indigenous communities, organizations, and funding partners. His leadership and relationship-driven approach help guide Plant Affordability's mission to create more accessible and affordable housing opportunities for communities across Ontario.
